Business Development Manager
Location: Walnut Creek, CA [Remote/Hybrid]
Compensation range: $110k - $180k [total compensation]

Your Mission

As a Business Development Manager, you will:
✔ Own and manage a pipeline of new and existing accounts.
✔ Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
✔ Engage with technical teams to define project scope and sales strategy.
✔ Develop strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
✔ Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions for client needs.
✔ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
✔ Drive marketing efforts, working with stakeholders to create and deliver compelling content.
✔ Negotiate contracts, including MSAs, SLAs, and service agreements.

What You Bring

Bonus Skills

✅ Experience with test & measurement, automation, LabVIEW, Python, or NI hardware.
✅ Proven success selling engineering services or software solutions.
✅ Familiarity with contract negotiation and long sales cycles.
