Location: Walnut Creek, CA [Remote/Hybrid]
Compensation range: $110k - $180k [total compensation]

Your Mission

As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Own and manage a pipeline of new and existing accounts.
Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
Engage with technical teams to define project scope and sales strategy.
Develop strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions for client needs.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Drive marketing efforts, working with stakeholders to create and deliver compelling content.
Negotiate contracts, including MSAs, SLAs, and service agreements.

Bonus Skills

✅ Experience with test & measurement, automation, LabVIEW, Python, or NI hardware.
✅ Proven success selling engineering services or software solutions.
✅ Familiarity with contract negotiation and long sales cycles.
